I am not sure about this.

They had better get an attorney involved to find out.

No, your wrong, most states will still come after you. You are the one that is responsible to make sure the payments are made.

TULSA, Okla. ' In the wake of Arrow Trucking Co.'s demise, its lenders are scouring the country looking for missing Arrow-operated equipment.

On Dec. 22, one day after a Utah-based bank froze Arrow's company fuel credit cards, the Tulsa-based trucking firm shut down, stranding drivers and their freight across the country. It since has filed for bankruptcy liquidation.

One lender, Warrenville, Ill.-based Navistar Financial Corp., owns 125 of Arrow's International trucks and 125 flatbed trailers. It is offering $200 rewards for tips leading to their recovery. About 43 of those 250 pieces of equipment have been secured.

Daimler Truck Financial owns Arrow's Freightliner and Kenworth trucks and trailers. Company spokesman James Ryan says that during the last three weeks, it has secured 835 of 967 trucks but only 185 of its 614 trailers.

Was the company still in business?

Was it exactly like the Arrow deal?

yes they were still in business..but according to the my lawyer it doesn't matter..as long as they took it out of my check it becomes the companies problem..once it was taken from my pay it is considered paid and the company is now responsible

The key is that they were still in business and could be held responsible.

The difference with the Arrow bunch is that there is no one there and no assets to seize.
