Once I delivered equipment to construction site with boom loader that said they would unload once I arrived. They weren't expecting a van... lol. Couldn't reach the load. Had to buy scissor clamp to pull that darn pallet to the doors.

He's done that to "many" drivers, and YOU need to be a better businessman???

He caved. Time to forward that email to his boss.

I would tell him that all further communication would be with the boss only.

That broker is a real dirt bag and he's trying to guilt trip you into running your business into bankruptcy.

His boss is pretty much the same ...but he became super nice guy realizing that nothing he can do but issue full payment plus rigging service , storage fees ..and find another carrier after to pick up the load from riggers and deliver back to his last time customer . He wired the money yesterday and hopefully monday another carrier will be dealing with that . I got loaded as planned and on my yard already

If I understand this, you took the load to a rigging and storage company. Had them take it off, and hold it.
Is the broker going to set up the delivery, or is the rigging co, going to do it?
