As far as I know it was up until covid. Last night was the first live show that I had seen in a while. I dont follow it often but will watch it on occasion when changing channels because the circle channel is next to the Metv channel. I did tour the facility back around 2014 when I had a week to kill waiting on a load. I remember, from the tour, that they cut out a circle of the old stage when they remodeled and put it in the new stage. When Nashville flooded in 2010 they found the circle floating in the water.

 

It was, but not exclusively. If you paid money, you could get almost anything you wanted if a salesman would do the work of ordering.

Seen one ordered with the cheap fleet truck black dash and white faced gauges. Also seen work trucks with wood grained dash. Chrome bezels were optional too. Eagle just made alot of options standard. You could order one and itemized each specific part.

2015 I know FL/WS you could still spec what brand of wheel seals you wanted.

I will say most salesmen did not offer that info to everyone. Quicker to make you thing certain things were standard. The ones I worked around were lazy.
