I am Canadian CDL driver now at Houston Texas in Green card. Can I transfer my Canadian CDL to Texas CDL.

If your wife is mad, is it safe to give her the credit card and tell her to go spend until she's happy?

Your are screwed. However, if you asked her first, she gave you consent, you have it in writing, and you did not gain sexual gratification over it, you should be fine. Hopefully you had a video of it as well. Lol
