You’re right on it being about all there is out that way and was just barely better than dead head all way home. But it’s probably one of the quickest load and unloads I’ve had in a long time so that helped a lot.

Just insulation after I unstrapped it and some cable reels.

interesting thing the supply guru said about the insulation. I was talking to @blairandgretchen awhile back on why someone in Florida orders something from Arizona that they make 3 states over from them… why pay all that shipping cost etc. simple answer from the receiver… that stuff is like gold right now (the insulation) it is on 8 month back order and you cant get it quick. So he had ordered 30 truck loads of it. Supply chain holdups.

The cable reels are going to a solar farm, 8010 lbs each. 2 3/8 chains with dunnage and a nailer board to help. To wide for coil rack. It is riding phenomenally.
They didn’t want the reels touching so they are spaced a little bit apart. Weird shipper request.

Got pulled over on the interstate also in Mississippi also for a level 2 inspection. I thought I may be getting a speeding ticket but was only going 74ish in a 70 going around a dirtbag who decided to speed up as I was passing. Super nice guy, took my paperwork, did the ol check the lights, horn, wipers, tires, blinkers etc. check and gave me a zero discrepancies report. First time being pulled over other than the scale house inspection in Colorado a couple months ago.
