I have the same problem guys, just randomly flashing TCS, loss of power on bumpy or even road. I have a daycab and im local but this thing is driving me crazy. Did you ever find out what was his issue, thanks in advance

MID 136 - ABS module
SID 254 - Stability control
fm 12 - no data from wheel speed sensor or big data fluctuation.
How it's working - ABS read all 6 wheel speed sensors and compare them. If signal frequency from left side wheel higher then from right side ABS module think your truck turning right or if difference between signals frequency too big truck is jack knifing. In last instance ABS will send command to Vehicle ECU to command Cummins ECU to drop power. There are another 2 sensors involved in this process. Steering wheel sensor and Yaw sensor.
You need someone with Bendix Acom Diagnostic computer to read ABS and run test. Did you have any steering repairs recently? Probably need sensors re calibration.

Steering wheel position sensor locate under steering wheel. Steering column cover have to go off. You can't do quality repair without computer.

I had an issue similar to this and it ended up being the battery cut off switch. Once it was replaced I never had it come back but mine only happened every once in awhile.

Clean terminal at batt. Cut off switch working good only 1 mess up for a sec. So going to replace switch.$ 225.00 ouch!!
