Over night in Laredo? No... just say no...
Head out up i35. Just past the border check point is a new truck stop. It’s 28 miles to the check point. You’ll see lotsa cops. Do it PC if you have to. It gives a deeper meaning to the term “Safe Haven”

I’m not sure about TA? I don’t go there a lot. There are a couple drivers on here who live near Austin/San Antonio. They know Laredo well.truckdriver31 Thanks this.

There is a Fuel America Travel Center on Interstate 35 northbound at the 32MM which is a good spot to park. So far I have not had any issues since it opened.
There is also a Loves in Encinal at the 39MM.D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
