    Makes sense I’ll do the DOT exam and keep in mind they’re looking for hazards and not to “fix/help” me. Luckily I’m pretty set health wise so I don’t anticipate anything going south here.

    That makes sense, there’s more than a handful I’ve looked over due to the 6 months *preferred. I will look back into those. LOL, thanks for the opinion on mindset change. It’s true, good feedback man thank you!

    HazMat disqualifications are for explosives, illegal transportation of explosives, weapons, terrorism, murder, conspiracies for the above etc.
    Here's the link. Some of the items on the list disqualify an applicant for 7 years and some are disqualified for life. None of your stuff is even close.

    I believe it is only 7 years after completed sentence is all that shows up on background check.
