Get a lawyer. That's a bs ticket if I ever heard one. He made the traffic slow down from their normal 85mph? Really? lol.

So would he be best to go to a traffic law place in GA? Or should we use a lawyer where we live here? Or does anyone know a good lawyer in GA?

You need an attorney who is experienced fighting charges against commercial drivers. I'd find an attorney... not one of the traffic law outfits. Whatever you do, don't just plead and hope it goes away... it won't.

 

Yeah, it'll encourage them to give out more stupid tickets if it isn't fought. That cop need to go back to remedial training.
