    In all seriousness I've heard of a few guys on here driving without shoes. Just make sure you have some behind the seat or something. Easily accessible in the event of a crash that won't go flying.

    Usually my boots don't make it past the seat.

    I am glad my sensation and strength are normal, it's just pain.

    When I was diagnosed with PN, I almost committed suicide. I was only 26 back then

    I'll drive in my socks if I don't plan on stopping for at least a few hours. Old B model Kenworth cabs don't have a whole lot of room for putting boots on 6 times a day.

    I know lots of people that kick their shoes off to drive. I used to when I drove decent distance.
    Good friend pretty much never has anything but socks touching his pedals. Even to just move the truck, hook up or whatever shoes come off as he goes in. And his truck is Clean!
