Trailer abs problem

Just purchased a trailer and every time I apply the brake pedal the abs light comes on in the dash. If it is a situation where I'm braking slightly harder I can feel the trailer brakes pulsing and it will make the trailer bounce up and down like it should if the abs were needed but it isn't needed. Once I release the brake and take off the light will go back off. Outside of a speed sensor issue is there any other things to look for? I feel like I read somewhere about people having to move some of the wiring around on the trailer???? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

They are the brakes that were on it when I got it and they are in really good shape. The trailer I had before didn't have abs so I'm not really sure what else to look for.

 

No problem. I believe these are regular sized brakes so I'll keep looking for answers.

 

So it should be hot at the module when plugged in at all times? If not it will activate when the brake lights are triggered?
