How can I bypass the sleeper heater core ?

How can I bypass the heater core. Stayed on the side of the road and need to get going

i used a 3/4" heater hose, long enough to loop back onto the two metal lines just below the heater core above the drivers fuel tank. Unfortunately you may need an extra couple of hose clamps as the two lines are different sizes. The hot side is 3/4", the cold return is 5/8".

It was the heater core.
First I had to use a utility knife to cut out the top plastic cover. Then the core just pulled right out.
Slipped in the new one, installed new screw View attachment 259391 View attachment 259393 View attachment 259394 View attachment 259395 View attachment 259396 down cover. Hooked up the lines, refilled. Works great now.

No, truck had a valve on the supply side, then I just used vise grips to squeeze shut the hose on the return side.
