No inverter in the truck and I don't want to eat at truck stops.

Truck fridge has a 12v option, they have 12v cookers/warmers as well too, or get the 12v fridge and strap a harbor freight 2000 watt gen to the dock plate for a microwave/cook top etc

I would not advise new drivers to use any open-flame devices in the truck. They can barely keep the truck upright. It is certain they will set the truck on fire trying to heat up a can of soup.

A former WE tarp monkey. Used to carry a generator on the catwalk. Used it for his power supply when parked.

They are cheap enough now, buy one and have them install it.

Western Express. I do recall them not having any inverters back in 2010. But regardless of the Swift-level bashing they get, it's the perfect place to get ones career reignited.
