It seems for some reason Pete's have trouble with those .. without actually looking at it . My guess is the threads that the bolts thread in to are starting to wear .. this is just free advice so take it for what it's worth if it was me I would inspect the door check it's self to see if there is some wear ..if so I would replace it their not very expensive if it looks good I would put just a drop of medium duty locktite on those bolts & screw them back in and see if that stops them from coming loose

I hope it isn’t worn out already. It’s a new truck with 6K miles.

I had the shop retighten it once on about the 2nd or 3rd day I drove it, but it looks like this may be one of those recurring issues like the constantly blowing left hand trailer flasher fuse I had on my last truck.

Oh God no the threads shouldn't be worn.. ..I would just try a drop of the blue locktite .. that should keep the bolts tight and if they ever need taken out the can still be removed with a impact wrench
I thought it had several years on the truck .. I"am bad

They are always coming loose and breaking off. Install flat washer under the bolt head and apply thread locker as previously mentioned.
When the door hits the stop/end it pulls on the bolts at an angle. Poor design.......
