Excellent job at pissing everyone off, and making absolutley no sense.

Thanks for the whole penny per mile, and the massive increase on activity.

Gonna come to an awesome 2% increase for me.

Obviously you have taken notes from our government on how to pit one group against another.

Good luck hiring at these facilities where you gave the massive 1cpm increase.

Shows how little you actually value us.

Do you people at Bentonville not realize how stupid it is, what you have done?

I thought you learned from idiotic 38 special crap from a few years ago, that you had to reverse yourselves on.

Obviously not, you doubled down on stupid.

The pay structure was the same when I worked at Conway. There was 5 separate divisions, Eastern (union), Central, Southern, Western and Southwest. Each one paid different and if you had a line haul run to a different hub terminal you were paid the rate from your home terminal. So if you were from Southern and had a run to a Central break bulk terminal you made less than a Central driver going to a Southern terminal. Maybe not fair overall but you accepted it when you hired on.

Yeah, I just ran some numbers based on this check for we will get Thursday.
For the milage I ran, I will get $372 less, than the driver who works at a dc 120 miles away.

His cost of living no higher than mine, probably even less.

My raise for the pay period, based on the 1 cpm increase and the activity increase would be an additional $115.

His raise for the pay period would be $487..

We run the exact same area, exact same miles, and in a 2 week period, he makes $372 more than me....

    Excellent work Bentonville...

London has no problems getting drivers.

I just that more than 40 Midway drivers have put in for a transfer to London.
