COMPANY DRIVERS
• OTR HOME WEEKLY, LOCAL home daily
• COMPANY PAID HEALTH INSURANCE PREIMUMS
• PAID holidays and vacation – NEW VACATION SCHEDULE
• PAID every Friday by DIRECT DEPOSIT
• PAID orientation
• OTR DRIVERS - PAID ALL DISPATCHED MILES – loaded and empty - AUTOMATIC ANNUAL PAY INCREASES
• Layover, stop, driver assist, and detention pay
• LOCAL DRIVERS paid hourly with overtime after 8 hours - 6 MONTH PAY INCREASES
• PAID referral and safety bonuses

• Trucks equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and APU units
• Van freight only
• Passenger and pet programs

OWNER OPERATORS
Contract with us using our operating authority and trailers - VAN FREIGHT ONLY AND NO TRAILER FEES
• PAID every Friday by DIRECT DEPOSIT
• PAID orientation
• PAID ALL DISPATCHED MILES – loaded and empty
• FUEL SURCHARGE PAY - loaded and unloaded - SCALE EXPENSES REIMBURSED
• Layover, stop, driver assist, and detention pay
• PAID referral and safety bonuses
• Truck insurance programs available - deducted from weekly settlements – NO ADDED
ADMINISTRATION FEES - includes physical damage, bobtail and occupational accident. We
provide cargo and liability coverage.
• Save using our fuel card at in network locations – Deducted from weekly settlements and NO
ADDED ADMINISTRATION FEES.
• NO FEES OR CHARGES for the use of our equipment – ELD device, PrePass Elite for scales and
tolls
• No charge for Annual DOT inspections - Completed by our shop
• National accounts for truck repairs and tires
• Passenger program

Driver Requirements
• Class A CDL
• At least 23 years old
• 2 years verifiable experience
• DOT physical and drug screen
• Clearinghouse enrollment
• Acceptable MVR
