Probably pretty slim lol I have IBS too and when I went with my trainer I got the sudden "urge" to go while in the middle of nowhere Wyoming and the next place I could pull over was 75 miles away. Trainer pulled over and I went outside. It sucked, but man did we have a good laugh. Not 2 weeks later the same thing happened to him. You'll get pretty close when you live in a closet together for 8 weeks. Lol

 

I’m glad we all have humor when it comes to naturally body functions.

Crazy you mention that. I know what you mean a friend of mine swore off hanging around me because one day we was at the casino and she crapped her pants. She could not get to bathroom fast enough. It like your colon knows who it hanging out with and takes on similar actions. Weird stuff.

 

That’s like back in the day a group of girls hanging out you can bet their cycle is near to each other’s. One bleeds they all bleed. Crazy how the human body works.
