Guys, I just talked to an O/O with own authority in Virginia. Guess what the prick told me? He said he loves these moments. He said this is where he capitalizes by taking lower rates intentionally, which will drive others out of business, and when others are out of business, he can then demand the higher rates. I started to jawjack him, but I just shook my head and walked away. In my younger years, he would have been cold-####ed.
