I’ve taken that on-ramp a hundred or so times and it will get you if you’re not careful.

From what I've read & heard no one runs a cb anymore & the commorodity in the industry is a thing of the past. Not true?
When I retired in 2009 cb use was way down & many drivers didnt bother to change lanes for a vehicle on the shoulder even if they had room. The few times I broke down on the road I put my triangles out then went up & sat at the wood line far from the travel lanes.
