Walmart here I come 2.0

Geez guys! Do they make this absolutely confusing and hard to keep track of your pay and whether or not it’s correct?? This to me is just crazy! But, what do I know?

 

The difference in pay is still wrong...

They need to raise all the drivers pay to the same level.

Drivers making 3.4 cpm, than other drivers, doing the exact same job, in the exact same areas.

 

Exactly…you all work for the same company…ít doesn’t make any sense…there’s no way Walmart can’t afford it for crying out loud…

 

It hard to understand how Walmart botched something as simple as a raise, so badly.

If they want to halfway redeem themselves regarding this situation, they had better raise everyone to the same pay, and put this behind them. We all know they can afford that very easily.

At this point, that is really the only option I see, as far as them being able to save face, and not losing a ton of drivers.

 

Do you use a spreadsheet like the one attached?

 

Anyone want to share a spreadsheet like that? Had one on my old phone that I didn’t save..and hate hate reinventing the wheel.

Same concept. Mine is not as colorful. And I have the pay rates in a section so that I can do before/after comparisons and percentages, etc. Other than that, it's basically the same.

 

And now the GTA is showing the old pay rates, before any raise, again!

So, at this point I have no idea what is going on with my pay!

WTF?!
