Illinois, 100 miles south of the city. We had a good band roll through, and the roads iced up real nice.

 

Ohh ####. Yea it was pretty bad on tollroad on my way to Toledo. I’m out of Illinois too.

Ahh thanks man. It was a rough one, but nothing we haven't seen before. Now I'm sitting here with the wife and the dogs, just woke up. Life is good.

Nearly 60 degrees here today and they are calling for a couple inches of snow tonight and low teens in the morning. Due to the fair weather driver status that I am at this point in my career, I am taking a long weekend and may watch the St. Patrick’s Day parade tomorrow.

 

Oooh. Watch that freeze.

It is safe in the garage and won’t come out until Monday morning. One advantage of living within a short walk of most of my favorite establishments.

I'm just glad winter is over in Texas. Tulsa and Abilene runs got real interesting the last 6 weeks. We had a driver tumble down Ranger Hill - his fault. Should be a dry Spring and Summer and looking forward to smooth cruising.
