Why can't you drive for someone else until you pay the contract ? Is that actually written in the contract ? Or just a baseless threat from wx?

 

So WX was the only commercial job you had…7 years ago, correct? Did you keep a current DOT med card?

You will have to list WX on any job apps and for that clearinghouse stuff. But first you need a current med card and get that right with the state DMV so you can get your license upgraded to an A.
