Yes.
You may need to get the truck back to the terminal it was issued from when it is time to turn it in, but they do not move you to a different truck when you change your home terminal. -
As in, doing that during your home time?
Keep in mind that you would have to log those hours just as you do while driving your truck.
That is not a Swift rule, it is mandated.
Is it really worth it?
Trying to burn the candle at both ends is bad for everyone. -
Lots of drivers do that.

Not necessarily, but you may. Trucks are issued to terminals. If you switch terminals, the standard procedure is to be reseated into a different truck. However, many terminals work together and will just swap the truck to the new terminal. West Valley terminal and Jurupa Valley terminal work together alot. They both run reefer freight on the West Coast. When I switched terminals and then switched back, they let me keep my existing truck and simply moved which terminal it was assigned to. Also, when I was recently reseated into a brand new truck, they gave me a truck that was initially assigned to the other terminal. So, I didn't have a problem. However, I think alot will depend on which specific terminals are involved and what kind of working relationship they have with each other.
