Today I heard Porkchop/Mark/Hard Drive/Mud Duck talking about licking things and sex with minors. What's his obsession with illegal sex acts? Of course his automated pre recorded safety first nonsense too.

 

I have a general Lee that I have had for umpteen years that I would love to have checked out and make sure it is working properly. Who would be highly recommended to do this and antenna recommendations?

with 3K bandwidth that would be impossible. Perhaps it's the sound of the voices you don't like because with your voice on my radio it will sound better coming through my radio than your radio with the identical voice because you will get a wider bandwidth and more of your voice will pass through my radio than through your radio and it will sound more natural coming through my radio than your radio.

I agree a stock radio is the best choice for most people. If 3K bandwidth is acceptable then it's the best choice for most people. It's also the cheapest way to go as long as nobody tampers with the radio.

I don't work on radios. I'm a truck driver. Last I checked 74 mi hasn't been achieved mobile to mobile by you or anyone else in this forum. 74 mi is nothing to sneeze at. In order to achieve it requires two radios that came off the same bench and two drivers willing to put the time into their installation to make it perform at maximum efficiency. It's not something that's going to happen accidentally.

 

Since the guy is unemployed and is on disability being a burden on the state, he's always listening to the radio because he doesn't have a life and his life revolves around slandering Mark and spreading misinformation trying to con drivers out of their hard-earned money. If you listen carefully you can hear him calling Mark a window licker on his muffled up radio he just got done "tuning" for one of his unfortunate customers. If the customer was smart he would have purchased the radio from Amazon and not let anybody tinker with any adjustments and he would have gotten more performance, fidelity, and value for his money.

There's a few wannabe radio technicians out there that have made slanderous accusations about pedophilia. Perhaps you could be talking about this issue? I guess they gave up on the snake oil slander since his work speaks for itself worldwide and coast to coast 7 days a week so they had to switch up their tactics and start talking about pedophilia to distract attention from their lack of skills and test equipment.

 

He does talk on channel 17 quite often. Generally it's necessary to be within three or four miles of his house in order to hear him because his signal is so screwed up. Unfortunately it's difficult to understand what he says, because high fidelity isn't exactly his area of expertise. He watched Mark's videos and learned about turning screws and following service manuals and that's about the extent of his knowledge is turning a screw. The factory tune is always better than anything he ever does.

Harddrives radio does sound crystal clear gotta give him that.
I couldn't come close to duplicating him on the bench or the air.
But what a job man working on electronics and talking on CB. He probably has the best job around. I'm riding around in a dump truck with my hands going numb from getting my neck jarred all over the place all day long and needing a chiropractor.

I still don't know if I buy into 153 mud duck's idea that a 1/4 watt is all you need to DX

I heard him today on 19 but not as good as I usually can.
At least I think it was him.
