Just an FYI.

Little bird told me that management's next move in the pay raise debacle should happen "in the next couple days."

 

Hopefully they fix it, I got the 0.084 pay raise but I keep thinking that next year I might be on the group that gets shafted.

 

I don't think they're going to give us all 0.084.

I'm guessing we got a preview of what we'll get the other day when someone jumped the gun and put it in the payroll system too early. Which is going to suck.

Bottom line, they've REALLY screwed this thing up. And they're too cheap, and stupid, to do the RIGHT thing and give us all the same raise. Unfortunately, they've created a situation where there's gonna be some animosity and they're too cheap and stupid to fix it.
