There was a newer van caught by State Police a couple years ago that had a specialized suspension and just looked like a regular mini van with tinted windows. When they opened the van up they found a tote, several 55 gallon drums and I think there was 6 pumps along with enough hose in 1 inch or bigger that were stealing from all types of vehicles. Diesel was the biggest quantity found in their tanks if I remember correctly.Another Canadian driver and REO6205 Thank this.

Not that it will prevent theft if the thief is determined. I just want to make it more difficult. If this makes them drill my tanks than so be it.Another Canadian driver, GYPSY65, JonJon78 and 1 other person Thank this. -
If drilled, couldn't you just plug it with a self tapping screw with a rubber o-ring. Temp fix but get you down the road.
