Borg Warner 171702 or 177287 on a 14L Detroit???

Hello guys, trying to upgrade the turbo from stock to borg warner 171702
Truck is 2005 14l Freightliner Century
Egr and egr cooler was eliminated, trying to find out if this turbo will be bolt on or need some changes? Also what should i do with the vpod? And last question, on 171702, there is no speed sensor, will a have an issue on the bord because that cable is not connected anywhere?

 

if you are not pushing more than 600 hp then you will hate that turbo. go with the k31 instead. vpod and boost sensor havr to be removed from tge computer and reprogramed.. replace barometer sensor also

 

where do you get everything programmed? do you guys know someone in Chicago area who can do the programming?

 

you will have an issue with the turbo drain pipe not fitting it will need to be altered abit to fit If programed properly the 702 will do a good job Need to recalibrate program in ECM to remove sensors or you will get error codes and derates
