Maybe someone can help me on this issues driving me nuts. I’m having issues starting my International 9400I. I turn the key first try doesn’t crank. On the second try cranks up which I find weird because I’ve replaced the alternator last year, replaced the battery’s two days ago. My starter I replaced a year half ago. Maybe someone can shed light on helping me resolve the issues. I’ve notice that under load my voltage meter drops 12.5v only under load drops drastically. At idle shows 14v
