Other than eating fast food and trucks stop food, what kind of cooking devices do you guys use/have? Any easy to do recipes that are your guys' go to? I'm out on the road soon and I've been thinking about this alot, figured why not ask the seasoned drivers

I prep 5-6 days worth of meals at home and keep them stored in an Amazon bought Alpicool fridge. I use RubberMaid glass containers with water sealed snap lids to put each meal in and keep several gallons of spring water on board as well.

With a Lunchbox cooker and a good 12 volt cooler, you can eat healthy for $50 -$60 a week.

Here's my lunch / supper stuff.

Most days I skip breakfast or have a bagel with cream cheese and blueberries / black berries on top.

1 25 pack of flour wraps
1 1lbs bag of low fat cheese
1 full rotisserie chicken pre pulled apart and put in sandwich bag
1 container of cut of onions
    1 container of sliced cucumbers
1 container of cut of tomatoes
1 can of black beans washed and put in sandwich bag
2-3 diff low cal sauces for each day ( this time I have spicy, pesto and sweet & sour )

Then I just make a wrap! Usually eat it cold.

Get backpacker gear to cook and eat. Little propane stove or maybe one that runs off cig lighter. Biltong beef looks good and healthy.

That is the best way. Grill up a bunch of thighs or legs and freeze some.

I use a lot of canned chicken. Crockpot with onion, bell pepper, can of chicken breast, and jar of salsa. Wrap in a tortilla, over rice, or chili fritos.

Backpacking stove, can of chicken, drain liquid and add BBQ sauce, over what bread.

Canned beans with a pull top over Backpacking stove.

Pork and beans with pull top, drain liquid, add finely diced onion and BBQ sauce. Heat over Backpacking stove

Breakfast for me is usually a protein shake or yogurt.

Use what bread and tortillas with these.
