I ended my driver agreement with the owner operator I was working for at SuperEgo. Nice equipment, expensive overhead in my opinion. How can you keep changing over new company names and expect to build a reputation? Maybe drivers are given opportunity much too soon and there’s a language barrier? You decide. I didn’t want to ruin my CDL with a bad company, not worth it !

I met three drivers who have attorneys on standby to get paid (10/21). Here are some of the issues I experienced.

-Drivers call brokers direct for rate con, it doesn’t match the rate con from dispatch (someone above dispatch editing rates)?

-Brokers refuse to book loads with this company. Freight guard report 60% late loads & no show.

-Brokers have called drivers and asked if the truck mc matches the rate con. Dispatch tells drivers to use different names depending on what company is not restricted to book loads.

 

Just started not long ago after leaving USA and I’m doing great with them. Maybe y’all don’t know how to run a proper trucking business. I hear the same complaints from a lot of guys here but, Me and a few others that been with SEH for longer on this board do very well with them. If you have no business sense stay a company driver and let the adults be O/O’s. It’s a Chicago trucking company! They all have several names under one umbrella and what trucking company doesn’t do shady ####? Plz…. Don’t be naïve. You have to walk in w eyes open and know how to run a business and NOT be a push over and let them tell you. From picking the truck to running loads. They need you and it’s YOUR business! And don’t come in with zero money in the bank. I see a lot of guys do that and your just setting up to fail. To start O/O the right way you need Capitol. At least a couple grand in the bank till your up and running. A lot of broke ### genius’s think “ hey I’ll be a trucker and make alot of money and that will solve all my problem”. Lmao! If you think like a co driver your doomed. I’m sure alot of you are going to talk #### about this post cause that’s what you all do here instead of work, but I’m just preaching facts! I seldom come on here anymore cause of all the jealous hate and chick-like fighting. I actually run my business and get proper rest so there isn’t much time for this BS. Just wanted to tell the tale on the other side of this coin.. Gotta go rest for driving tonight. Good luck drivers and be safe out there…..

Or violate till ya get caught then we'll disavow any knowledge of it, throw you to the wolves,change the name and keep trucking.
