I think you’re correct on the add air only on the older units. One thing that sort of baffles me is how we don’t have active steer tire air temp and pressure gauges yet. Not too sure on the schematics on how that would work, but seeing that a lot of modern cars have active psi gauges you can look at, I’m sure there could be something for semis.

I got the pressure pro pulse system. Works really good, measures all 10 on prime mover. Measures temp and pressure. I have a got a repeater on it, but I bought it as an extra so I think you’d be ok without one. Has plenty of alerts that are programmable. Had it on over a yeah and no problems.Oxbow, Siinman, xsetra and 1 other person Thank this.

I know the new digital dashes from Paccar have an option where it’ll display your tire pressures. It’s an upgrade. No idea how well it works or not or if tire changers would ruin them.OhNoTerry, krupa530, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this.

Big problem. Many of the tire pass systems are broken. So many times I get a no.
-
Was told they screw up in short order, and thats why fleets stopped using them.

503,000 miles on mine and no screw ups.AperiaTechnologies Thanks this.

Do you run in heavy salt areas?
-
Indiana and Ohio salt heavier than the actual snow accumulation many times. Halo are like any item requiring some occasional maintenance, if you don’t tend to it they could eventually be a problem. Check the bolts and hose connections occasionally and that is the extent of maintenance for them. I do my best to perform proper preventative maintenance and therefore I tend to have less problems. If a fleet does this at every service I don’t see what issues they would have. It certainly beats running around with under inflated tires.

So then you should have a 1,000,000 miles, no question asked lifetime warranty?
Also, are your products made in China? I don't buy Chinese make garbage. No matter how good you say it is. -
You got me halfway there with the American made part. But what's your warranty?
