Leasing as in lease purchase with a company? Most lease purchase companies pay like a dollar a mile plus fuel surcharge . Which in 2021 would come out to like 1.35 a mile at best . So to get to 300k he would have to run over 200k miles a year and would still come up short... the only way it would be possible is if he's getting paid off the load but his company would be taking probably 75 percent off each load... which is possible with dedicated account . I come close to that with the run I was doing , not saying it's not possible. But I was out from the house for 11 months and chasing my expenses like a dog chasing his tail. Never ending... 90k in expenses doesn't add up in lease purchase... Half of that could easily be a truck payment... fuel around 60k a year. Still haven't paid insurance or paid yourself yet or paid the tax man.
$300k for a lease op. Good or bad?

Thank everyone who responded. I tried to find reviews of his company and see drivers complain about only making like $1300 a week, or even owing the company money every week. But someone told me it could be legit depending on how he’s paid.
