When Covid first hit and 'everything changed' (it was so nice when everyone was stuck at home and the highways weren't clogged with cars.), I got a 12 volt freezer chest. I simply never want to be without one again. I keep a decent stock of frozen meals, ice cream, etc that I don't have to get stuck with what's at a truck stop or have to park at one so I'll have food options.
I'm not a Owner Operator, so can't speak to the exact question as the OP. But, as a driver, getting a freezer was probably the biggest single improvement to living in a truck that I've had.

I am the same. I really enjoy a good cup of coffee.

I used to stop at Wawa and Dunkin Donuts and I would look forward to the stop. But now to be able to wake up first thing in the morning wherever I'm at and I make the coffee that's the brand that I like and I have the flavored creamers that I like. What a feeling.

If I'm out in my car I don't even want to stop and get coffee anywhere because that coffee is nowhere near as good as my own coffee.

And now I never have to stop anywhere on the road unless I need to re-up on food.

And on top of all of that, coffee is expensive if you buy it.

Amen, I carry a stainless press pot and electric water kettle. If I drink truck stop coffee more than once a year it’s to much lol

I just got into my new truck and need to get a inverter “professionally” installed. For now I’m just suffering along with whatever coffee is available.
Although I really like the Sumatra coffee from the machine at Pilot/ FJ, I really miss my Keurig pot and Green Mountain “Dark Magic”

Mine is the BJ's breakfast blend. It has a full Rich taste but it's not overpowering or bitter.

Man I hope they get you squared away soon.
