    1. Location, location, location! Can't hire someone unless they are in the right location.
    2. 6 mo. + school, or 6 mo. including school
    3. Clean MVR? Any incidents on the road? Accidents? Citations?
    4. Home time requirements?
    5. Type of trailer(s) pulled/preferred? (bulk, tanker, van, reefer, skateboard, RGN, etc)
