They should start by make a different plan according to the trainee.
Assess and personalize the training plan.
Some trainees could be males, some could be females.
Some they'll be smarter than others.
It will do wonders.
To just make a personal training.

It’s not about choosing an easy way. I am not choosing to do something easy at all, no matter who I teach. In fact, what is required and expected for the company, the curriculum I am working on already goes well above and beyond that, and I haven’t finished or refined it yet. Further, it will always be subject to modifications as new procedures, laws, technology, and ideas become available. My own mentors were a mix of going the extra mile, and doing the minimum to pass. I don’t believe in half assing things, especially when they’re important.
This endeavor doesn’t frighten me, but even if it did, I would only address an acknowledged fear by facing it to overcome that discomfort.
Like any instructor in any academic or employment based educational setting, I am here to perform a role within a certain set of criteria. No. I am not afraid of being raped. No. I would never sexually violate anyone. Again, my choice has nothing to do with anything remotely sexual, and it is my choice. I do not have to train females. I do not want to train females. I have already stated why. I do not owe an explanation beyond that to anyone here. If I choose to give one, I will, but making that a focal point going forward will be ignored and not responded to, as I have already made my stance unerringly clear on that matter.Another Canadian driver, Munch75 and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this. -
Tarnished, If you violate me, I’ll agree your the best trainer in the trucking industry. Ha ha ha

It was the 60's and he was just out of the service.
Things were different...though later I watched the brother [the other owner] owner tell Joe Cambria [Cambria Mack Dealership] that he would only buy some new Macks if the removed the power steering and air-ride seat as he wanted the drivers to feel every bump his truck felt.....
Those owners were OLD SCHOOL; started life and a trucking business after surviving a visit to Germany via Normandy's beachesWargames and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
NOTE....Wargames is no longer taking part in this thread.Sirscrapntruckalot, TarnishedSoul, Geekonthestreet and 2 others Thank this.
