Question for tri cities TN people

I usually have to deadhead to KY or NC for decent paying loads on my flatbed. Not sure about any other trailer types. I dont see much short haul stuff paying very well from here except maybe something up to the DC or further NE.

Did you find anything? I'm looking at tricities trucking then I want something that has me home in the evenings (I'd like to get at least $20/hr); I'm just wondering if it worked out for you. Thanks

Sysco pays really well for a local job.
I think the terminal is in Knoxville, but has a yard in Tri-cities. If this is the case, drivers from Knoxville will bring loaded trailers to the Tri-cities yard and swap them out for empty trailers.
Pay can run $100G a year.
