I am not sure why people think Marijuana isn't addicting. People do go to rehab for it. I found it highly addicting when I used it. It can be physically addictive than people give it credit for. If it weren't an addiction, you wouldn't go through all those symptoms after quitting. Me personally, I had the worst headaches, major irritability, and the shakes lol. It got to a point with me where I couldn't eat, or even get freaky with a girl without it lol, so I give a check in the "yes it's an addictive drug column."

It’s Legal here in Michigan. I voted to Legalize it, though I haven’t smoked any in 36 yrs. myself. I’d say it can be addictive, like many other things. I don’t think it should be a crime to use it. I know plenty of people that have been using it most of their lives. They seem to be doing just fine.

I don’t care what people do on their time off when I show up for work got to play by the rules that I agreed to when I took the job.

You sound like you're part of the cancel culture. Smoke some, laugh a little, eat a lot and go to sleep what's the problem?
So serious. I think you need a smoke and just relax -
Because for the vast majority of people it's not. I thought you liked medical studies? Or is it only the ones that agree with you?Gearjammin' Penguin and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this.

I am serious about keeping my job. I get paid well and can’t replace it easily where I live. I have people who depend on me. If I wouldn’t lose my job for partaking I may. But right now it’s not worth the risk and I knew it when I became a truck driver.mjd4277, Sirscrapntruckalot, bryan21384 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Not if he's a driver, or anyone else that can be tested. Until the laws change you're risking a lot for that smoke.mjd4277, Sirscrapntruckalot, bryan21384 and 2 others Thank this.

I'm with the don't care what you do on your own time crowd, but till we have a test for current level of impairment for weed. like alcohol, not sure if it is a good idea to allow it.bryan21384 Thanks this.

The guidelines are coming but they'll bring a new problem with them. Just as some people can drink alcohol and have little or no obvious impairment there will be people whose use of pot won't be obvious despite the amount used.
I think it's going to be a mess until the courts and the scientists get it ironed out. I see a lot of attorneys lining their pockets defending users and suing various government agencies.
With more new states legalizing pot every year the pressure will be on the feds to do something. I worry about the "do something, no matter if it's right or wrong" mentality on both sides of the issue.
Until they get it settled I'll stick with plain brownies, no additives please.Badmon, mjd4277, Sirscrapntruckalot and 1 other person Thank this.
