    I am sadly afraid you're right. I just hope that the tables turn and he gets off & the case is dismissed. Like @D.Tibbitt, it ended the way it should have... and should be the end of it. It'd be really funny if the DA charged the guy with drunk & disorderly and disturbing the (Mike's) peace & the court gave him 30 days.
    (He's lucky Mike didn't bite his ear off and hand it back to him.)
