It IS really bad.

I've been in heavy, HEAVY tain all day, from Milwaukee to Chicago to Ham Mound.

Pollen count low.
Stupidity count high.

Backups on the interstates.
Backups on the surface streets.

I was just about ready to leave the truck in the middle of 79th St in Chicago, find a motel, and have Missus Skillet come get me.

Then I saw a woman at the bus stop with her two little kids, and they were all smiling and giving me the "honk honk" signal.

So I gave them three hearty blasts of my pathetic Volvo "air" horn, and still they laughed and smiled and kept waving at me until I cleared the intersection.

It made me feel better.

All is not lost.......

 

Amish have their own forests like hobbits? Just busting your balls. Just bought a puppy from Lancaster,Pa. Dude sounds really Amish but I think he could be Mennonite after doing research. I don't know what the hell the difference is in any of it, but I'm going to his milk farm on Monday. Going to find a hotel the night before and try to score a really authentic country fried steak with gravy.
