AS OF 06/18/09 THERE WILL NO LONGER BE SOLO DRIVERS AT C.R. ENGLAND, UNLESS YOU ARE ON A DEDICATED RUN OR HAVE A LEASE OPTION WITH THEM.....MY FEELINGS ON THIS IS: THAT TRULY SUX. WITH THEIR REPUTATION FOR ASSEMBLY LINE TRAINING AND WITH THE ACCIDENTS THEY'VE HAD ALREADY THIS YEAR, IT'S LIKE ASKING A DRIVER TO WORK IN A NITRO GLYCERINE FACTORY WITH SOMEONE WHO SUFFERS FROM GRAN-MAL SEIZURES....LOOK OUT LITTLE OLD LADIES, WOMEN WITH BABY CARRIAGES, AND FUNERAL HOMES....HERE WE COME.:biggrin_2553:

Well, quite frankly, i'm glad----because teams only means decline for england which means more freight for everyone else.

I dont know if it means a decline for england, but i do know it could mean a decline of some good drivers that might get stuck with that super trucker newbie who believes he can take that off ramp at 65...say a prayer fo us.

And Im sure you have no idea what so ever why they made teams mandatory......fewer trucks, less fuel cost, more frieght moved..... I could go on an on....

Nah , if they were going to take a ramp at 65 m.p.h. they would have done it while their trainer was in the sleeper .

It also puts an end to recovering trucks abandoned by solo drivers .

RickG - I guess I better make a note to myself, not to put in for a "trainer" position if I decide to go with them. HillbillyTrucker

So, other "trainees" that got their training from some other company or school other than England are not at all prone to pullin that same possible rookie or newbie mistake?

    Hmmmmm.
