Looks like where 90 and 25 meet is all red on the maps.

We are suppose to be in Kellogg Idaho on Monday morning looking at this weather not sure we are going to make it.

Ya I’m not sure I’m going to drive in that crap. I guess we get a little ways down the road and call it a day.

I knew we should of went to San Antonio verses Idaho. Geez. The only reason we went this way was to avoid the heat since our sleeper air controller the back of it burnt out and we won’t get the part until early July. Time to get a couple of fans I guess.

Also if you want the recipe its pretty easy.
1 pound stew beef cubes cut into small peices.
3 cups beef stock
3 bay leaves
1 yellow onion chopped fine.
1 packet of gravy mix
Add all the above save 1 cup stock to a pot simmer on low 1.5 hours adding extra stock as and if needed as it boils off to keep everything covered. Spoon off any extra stock above the level of the meat into the remaining cup of stock. Add gravy mix in 1/4ths to the mix until you get a somewhat runny gravy and meat mix then set aside until the mix is room temp.
Make a butter fat pie crust or buy store bought and fit into a 3 or 4 inch pie pan lined with shorting or butter, spoon the mix in use an egg and milk wash (1 oz milk and 1 egg) around the pie edges to act as glue to seal the top dough on then crimp the dough and brush the entire top down with the egg wash before you cut 3 1 inch vent holes and bake at 340 for 45mins-1hour
My recipe for the pie crust is 2 cups flour in a bowl then take a 4oz stick butter and 4 oz of bacon drippings or lard melted with about a cup of water and brought to a simmer. Make a indentation in the flour and add a bit at a time until you get a nice soft dough then stuff in the fridge for 2 hours to set up and then roll it out to about a 16th of an inch.
Take the extra stock and add 1 tsb of butter to it then mix in the rest of the gravy mix. If its still too thin add a bit of corn starch in water until you get a thick gravy and just pour that ontop of the fries pie and peas.
Super easy to do and cheap as hell. I usually get 2 4 inch pies that give 2 meals each.pete781693, Brettj3876, Big Road Skateboard and 1 other person Thank this. -
