    0
    Fuel surcharge FSC is updated but it is weeks behind current prices. Some guys are playing with so little cushion they can go broke before the extra money comes in.

    Ok, then I can only assume that the fuel surcharge and rate per mile hasn't increased with the current market

    Rate per mile has not changed while O/Os get 100% of the FSC. Still not good IMHO, since rates haven't increased.

    You're probably right. I thought it "blended" the rates to be the same across all regions but if you run more in a specific region, you're at a disadvantage.
