Mechanically inclined or not just about everyone gets greedy and gets a set of pistons learning the curve. Or over does it on the rack screws and puts faith in a behind turbo pyrometer and melts one or gets a pump due to the rack bar catching on the scroll gear. Or blows up a couple turbos before they figure out you can’t pound the piss outta the throttle then back off to downshift in a hard pull then pound it again. I say nothing is better than a well built mechanical with the right mix of parts set properly. However they still are not an electronic big bore CAT.

Now there's a word I haven't heard use in almost 30 years..
I bet there's a vast number of people on here that would have to Goggle that word to even know what your talking about

 

I know when I was younger I bought a couple sets after I thought I knew the correct process when twisting the tail on a cat..
