    Its 18-20 hours , crossmember around 300 ...talked to friend of mine and he advised to call closest reitnouer dealer to the factory ...they quoted me $80 per crossmember ...will see how it will go during next couple month ...i might do it myself ...if not too lazy :)

    thats a reinthour trailer. A maximser is rated in 50k in 4ft and 60k in ft, a big bubba is rated 60k and 70k in 10 ft.

    Those are main beam ratings. The main beams are fine, his floor failed under the 15k per side load in approximately 18 square inches of area. These hard tire forklifts are deck wreckers.

    That has nothing to do with how much weight a square/foot the decking is rated for.

    Yeah that forklift should come with a warning label. It’s about like loading a coil and using the rear tires as your dunnage.
    Appreciate the post, I would’ve done the exact same thing you did so if I come across something similar to this scenario I’ll be more aware to do something different.
