    Actually I don't even owne a truck, the guy I work for let's me run it like o/o and I get % of load. Just want more cheddar on my popcorn.

    Its easy to run a truck when the load board has page after page of loads that are paying $5+ per mile.

    Now that things are getting back to somewhat of a "normal" state, all the guys that jumped in within the past year or two are going to be slapped into reality quickly...

    IMO, most of them will be gone...

    And no disrespect to you but, letting a guy thats been in industry for a little over 6 months "run the truck" is a recipe for disaster... Although maybe you have some form of experience within the industry that you didn't mention?

    Im all for a strike for the right reasons. Striking against rates and high fuel is not the right reason because the carriers control what the rates are and fuel is a operating cost u should be passing down the line..

    Striking against government regulation and overreaching policies which hurt this industry. Im all for.
