How to get off the do not load list at Tql?

If a tql broker decides to drop a company what does that mean how does this work ? Does this mean your company can no longer work with tql or just that broker ?

 

Great how long is that for or is that permanent

Truck broke down for days got fixed died again and again and again and the load is like 4 days late and it’s just so much ########

 

Well that’s the problem the driver kept saying I’ll get it tmw I’ll get it the next day and the next day comes he still didn’t pick up so he was just giving them the run around thinking the truck will get fixed and he would pick up then the truck would break down again
