look down into the plug. there may be a green/orange/any color piece plastic in there. its called a "keeper". there should be a small tab, take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull out, gently rocking the keeper back and forth. they get brittle and like to break easily. pull it like its a baby bird. patience is key. once you get that out, take a small flathed screw driver or a small pick, and pry up on the wire pins or whatever release tab they have, and they should pull out of the back of the plug.. to replace you will need a pair of special crimpers and the pins that are designed for that plug...or delete the plug entirely and crimp everything together ( not recommended unless you want to fix again in 6 months) while you are at it, replace the rest of those wires in that plug. will keep you from having problems in the future...
im not 100% sure if that connector de pins . it looks like a standard 4 pin weather pack plug... the best way to tell if you can de pin it is to look inside and find the different colored plastic inside. thats your keeper.. i would replace with a 4 pin deutche plug and connector, but thats just me.crucar1800 Thanks this. -
For about 10$ you can get a set of pin removers to remove any of them.

It's a Delphi weatherpack connector.

Need the Weatherpak tool. Just pop the lock and use the tool to push the terminal out.
