Me personally I wouldn’t try to take a truck through there pulling a trailer or bobtailing. OTOH, I don’t drink coffee,I had too many former coworkers that turn into certified manic depressives when they go thru a withdrawal.
Dealing with people who haven’t had their morning Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks(even worse) fix is literally worse than dealing with methheads and crack addicts combined sometimes..

That in mind the employee who decided to pull out his piece is fired-he just doesn’t know it yet. That’s negative publicity that Dunkin Donuts can do without!

Well, they did say tractor trailer in the article, so i am supposing some kind of trailer.
But with today's journalism, it could have been a dually pickup with a 16' box trailer. -
I don't know who is to blame for the argument, but to charge the guy with aggravated assault just for pulling a piece sounds a little extreme.
-
Isn’t just being armed with possible intent part of the definition of aggravated?
I’m not agreeing or disagreeing but where do you draw the line?
When someone is shot then we take the other side -
Pulling the gun was plain stupid. I wouldn't even think about pulling a gun unless I felt I was in danger. And I don't have a clue what kind of legal issues the guy is facing. But it takes two to tango and I wouldn't discount the possibility that the confrontation was the truckers fault.
