Looks like the idiot used small 4x4 blocks only on the edge, and since the extreme edges of tge deck are all thats holding the die weight, the crossmembers gave up and went home.
You haul dies directly on the deck, the weight distributes itself, if youre a rookie, you put full length 4x4s underneath, if you dont think and youre a rookie, you do this. -

I've never set a die, or tooling on the deck. Lumber then rubber. I protect my trailer from cranemen and slomotor drivers.
