    Well hello strangers lol. I am doing good and still keeping things rolling. Finally got caught up on my maintenace. You don't want to know how much I have spent this summer on maintenace it was a lot. Me and my wife celebrated out 10 year anniversary last month with three days camping at the coast in Lakeside, OR. Man it was a blast and some much needed time away from everything. We rented a razor for two hours and just went all out on the dunes. We went to the newport aquarium for the first time. It was actually pretty cool. Really didn't spend much time at the beach but that is ok. I had a pretty interesting doctor appointment and found out I was 296 lbs. Of course he was concerned with that and wanted me to lose 40 lbs. I was a little surprised he only wants me to lose that much. I am sure he will want more once I reached that. It really put a slap up side my head. I didn't think I was that heavy as I have been hovering around 270 for a couple years. So now I am working out at the gym when I can and have changed my diet. We'll see what happens. If anyone has some suggestions for workouts in the truck I would appreciate them. Now that my bank account has been beaten to the ground with all this maintenace it is time to buckle down and make some money. Be safe out there

    I've spent $21.880 on maintenance and other repairs this year and I'm in the shop again. And life goes on.

    Start small. Drink water instead of soda. Do pushups and situps. Start out doing 5 a day and increase by 1 each day. Things will change fast that way.

    A ketogenic diet is a low-carb high-fat diet that is easy to follow, doesn't leave you feeling hungry or deprived and has myriad benefits beyond weight loss, such as blood-sugar modulation.

    It worked for me, and I follow the diet loosely, or what my sarcastic Doc refers to as "dirty keto."

    May be worth considering. It's easy to research on YouTube.
